The Stoke Mandeville Community Centre offers a range of flexible spaces ideal for community events, private celebrations, and business functions. With excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect venue for weddings, birthday parties, children’s parties, barn dances, fundraisers, discos, quiz nights, and more.

Booking Details

Deposits
A £200 refundable deposit is required for most bookings. Confirmation will be provided when your booking is made.

Keys
Access details and key collection instructions will be shared before your event. Keys must be returned to the key box after hire. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.

Parking
A 38-space car park is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the car park belong to the Stoke Mandeville Parish Council and parking space cannot be guaranteed as part of booking the facilities. SMVCA cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Soft Play & Bouncy Castles
Soft play equipment and bouncy castles are permitted both indoors and outdoors, provided they are covered by the provider’s insurance. The Centre accepts no liability for injuries related to their use.

Tables & Chairs
Tables and chairs are included in the hire cost. Hirers are responsible for setting up and returning furniture to its original position. Any damage will be charged to the hirer.

 

Smoking
The Community Centre is a strictly no-smoking venue.​​

Located in the heart of Stoke Mandeville, the Centre is easily accessible by road, bus, and rail. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Stoke Mandeville train station, with direct services to London Marylebone. A 38-space car park, including two accessible bays, provides convenient parking for guests.
