£11 per hour up to 6pm
£16 per hour after 6pm
One-Off Bookings – The Park Room
Capacity: Up to 60 people
Availability: Saturdays and Sundays (any 5-hour slot between 8am and 6pm)
Hire Fee: £100 for a 5-hour hire (includes cleaning)
Damage Deposit: £75 (refundable)
Payment Terms:
Full hire fee payable at the time of booking
Refundable damage deposit due 28 days before the hire date
Evening Adult Functions (Ages 21+)
Hire Time: 6pm – midnight (includes cleaning)
Hire Fee: £125
Damage Deposit: £200 (refundable)
Payment Terms:
£50 deposit payable at the time of booking
Remaining balance (including refundable deposit) due 28 days before the hire date
Weddings & Community Hires
8am – midnight: £325 hire fee + £200 refundable damage deposit
1pm – midnight: £215 hire fee + £200 refundable damage deposit
For all bookings, payments must be made within the stated timeframes to confirm and secure the hire date.
