Main Hall
The Main Hall is a bright and spacious room that can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests. It features a raised stage, making it ideal for performances, presentations, and large gatherings. The hall includes:
A fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch
Toilets with disabled and baby-changing facilities located in the reception lobby
Direct access to a patio area overlooking the playing fields
A hearing loop system is installed to assist visitors with hearing difficulties.
Hire charges
Hourly Hire
£13 per hour up to 6pm
£21 per hour after 6pm
One-Off Bookings
Saturdays (term time): 1:30pm – 6:30pm
School holidays: Any 5-hour slot between 8am – 6pm
Sundays: Any 5-hour slot between 8am – 6pm
Hire Fee: £110 for a 5-hour hire (includes cleaning)
Damage Deposit: £75 (refundable)
Payment Terms:
Full hire fee payable at the time of booking
Refundable damage deposit due 28 days before the hire date
Evening Adult Functions (Ages 21+)
Hire Time: 6pm – midnight (includes next-day clean)
Hire Fee: £220
Damage Deposit: £200 (refundable)
Alcohol Policy:
No bar provided
Clients may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption or to give away (strictly no selling)
Outside bar providers may be used with prior approval
Payment Terms:
£50 deposit payable at the time of booking
Remaining balance (including refundable deposit) due 28 days before the hire date
Weddings & Community Hires
8am – midnight: £440 hire fee + £500 refundable damage deposit
1pm – midnight: £330 hire fee + £500 refundable damage deposit
